Sendello is Cleverfolio’s WhatsApp messaging panel. We process account data and WhatsApp session information so you can connect a WhatsApp channel, manage contacts, run send queues, and use the WhatsApp messaging API.

Account email, username, balance, API keys, channel metadata, contacts you import, and message/transaction history are stored to operate the panel. WhatsApp session auth files live on the messaging server and are used only to keep your linked WhatsApp number online.

We do not sell your contacts or WhatsApp message content. Access is invite-only; accounts are issued by Cleverfolio. Administrators may review usage for support, billing, abuse prevention, and service health.

For deletion or access requests, contact Cleverfolio via cleverfolio.me or email the address used for your invitation request.
